We specialise in preparing residential rental properties for new tenants. Our services include professional cleaning, internal painting refreshes, minor cosmetic improvements, garden tidying and general property presentation to help make homes tenant ready.
Do you carry out building or renovation work?
No.
We are not a building, construction or renovation company.
We do not undertake major refurbishment or structural work.
What type of painting do you offer?
We provide internal cosmetic painting designed to freshen up rental properties between tenancies.
This typically includes walls, ceilings, skirting boards, architraves and interior wooden doors where agreed.
Do you paint exterior surfaces?
No.
We do not paint:
- Front entrance doors
- External doors
- Garage doors
- Garden gates
- Fences
- Sheds
- Exterior walls
- Exterior windows
- Fascias or soffits
Our painting service is for interior areas only.
Do you paint interior doors?
Yes.
We offer fresh paintwork for interior wooden doors as part of a property refresh.
Do you paint radiators?
Yes.
Radiator painting is available as an optional add-on service and can be included in your quotation upon request.
Do you install or remove wallpaper?
No.
We do not:

Do you repair damaged walls?
We can carry out minor cosmetic filling and preparation before painting, such as filling small nail holes or minor surface imperfections.
We do not repair structural cracks or damaged plasterwork.
Do you carry out plastering?

We do not provide plastering, skimming or rendering services.
Do you install flooring?
No.
We do not install laminate flooring, vinyl, carpet, tiles or any other floor coverings.
Do you provide plumbing services?

We do not install or repair electrical systems, sockets, lighting or consumer units.
Do you fit kitchens or bathrooms?

We do not install or replace kitchens, bathrooms or fitted furniture.
Do you replace windows or doors?

Do you carry out roofing work?
No.
Roof repairs and roofing services are outside our scope of work.
Do you remove waste?
No.
Large waste removal, builders’ waste and skip hire are not included unless agreed separately.
Do you supply all materials?
Yes.
We provide the professional equipment and materials required for the services included in your quotation unless otherwise agreed.
Can I combine multiple services?
Yes.
Many landlords choose to combine cleaning, painting and garden tidying into one complete Tenant Ready package.

We’ll review the property and recommend the most suitable service before providing a free quotation.
Do I need to be at the property?
No.
As long as we have arranged access, we can complete the work and keep you updated throughout the project if requested.
