Quotes & Estimates
All quotations are provided free of charge unless otherwise stated.
Quotes are based on the information available at the time of inspection or enquiry.
If additional work is required due to the property’s condition or circumstances that were not visible during the original assessment, we will discuss this with the customer before carrying out any extra work.
Bookings
Bookings are confirmed only after both parties have agreed on the scope of work and the appointment date.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary.
Payments
Payment terms will be agreed before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of the agreed services.
Late payments may result in additional charges where permitted by law.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing safe access to the property.
- Ensuring utilities such as electricity and water are available where required.
- Removing valuable or personal belongings before work begins.
- Informing us of any known hazards or issues within the property.
Waste Removal
Tenant Ready Property Refresh Services does not provide waste collection or disposal services.
If a significant amount of waste is expected, customers are responsible for arranging an appropriate skip or waste collection before work begins.
Where agreed, our team may organise and load waste into the customer’s skip during the service.
Service Limitations
Our services are cosmetic property preparation only.
We do not provide:
- Structural building work
- Plumbing
- Electrical work
- Roofing
- Kitchen or bathroom installation
- Flooring installation
- Wallpaper installation or removal
- Window or door replacement
- Major renovations
Any additional work outside our service scope may require a specialist contractor.
Property Condition
While every effort is made to achieve the highest standard possible, results may vary depending on the age and condition of the property.
Existing damage, permanent staining or structural defects may affect the final appearance.
Liability
We maintain appropriate care while working on your property.
However, we cannot accept responsibility for:
- Existing damage
- Hidden defects
- Issues outside the agreed scope of work
- Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions limits any legal rights that cannot be excluded under UK law.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide as much notice as possible.
We reserve the right to charge for cancellations made at short notice where costs have already been incurred.
